​If you've ordered from us and you've changed your mind, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, here's how we can help. Providing your order is not damaged, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.

Not happy with your order?

If you're not happy with your order and would like a refund, we will ask you send any products back to our warehouse and upon receiving, we will issue a full refund. We do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping costs.

Damaged on arrival

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please let us know so we can arrange any replacements to be sent to you as soon as possible free of charge.

We reply to all correspondence within 2-5 working days. Once we have received your return request, we will be in touch in order to complete your return as soon as possible.
